A new fall tradition is born!
When the air gets crisp, and the colors start to turn, most people think of pumpkins, apple cider, and football. Bob enjoys the football part of that sentence, but his favorite time is when Oktoberfest beer is in season and added to the tap line-up.
To celebrate Bobtoberfest, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 30 through October 2, we tapped eight fantastic Oktoberfest beers, cooked up an awesome German-style menu (including Country style ribs, sauerkraut, potato pancakes and applesauce), and dressed up for the occasion.
The weekend was so popular that we decided to make Bobtoberfest an annual event, so mark your calendars for next October! That gives you plenty of time to work on your outfit and polish up on your polka!
