After an extended holiday weekend with quite a bit of action at the grill, we updated the recipe section of the website. Bob's Bitchin' BBQ sauces were used in many different ways this weekend: Carolina on our bratwurst, Habañero on the shrimp kabobs, Honey Chipotle on our steak, and the Original on a yummy Bacon BBQ Cheeseburger.

As you can tell by the recipes, I'm trying to get you to think outside the box, and not just make the same old 'Que that you're used to.
We continue to do the Mineral Point, WI Farmers Market every Saturday from 8:30-11AM, and this week we'll be a sub at the Monona Market just outside of Madison.
